Who we are
Nexa Receptionist is a service run by Nexa Automation. For anything about your information, email dean@nexa-receptionist.co.uk.
If you’re a business we contacted
We hold your business name and the phone number, address and email address published on your own website, and whether you are a limited company (from Companies House).
We used them to set up a demo line and to email you about it.
Lawful basis: legitimate interests (telling a business about a service relevant to it). We only email limited companies.
If you reply STOP or use the unsubscribe link, we will not email you again. We keep your address on a do-not-contact list, indefinitely, for exactly that purpose.
If you rang a demo line
The call was recorded and transcribed, and you were told so at the start.
- Recordings are deleted after 7 days.
- Transcripts and your message are deleted 30 days after the demo ends.
They are used only to show the business what the receptionist did, and to improve it.

- Supabase: database (EU, Ireland)
- Resend: email (EU)
- OpenAI: reads public website text to set up a demo
- Anthropic: used for the same purpose before September 2026
- Airtable: our customer records
- Make.com: logging email replies
- Vercel: hosting this website
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to us using it. Email dean@nexa-receptionist.co.uk.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
